Thanks for the encouragement. How do you keep up with everything? You are always posting to the Sisters Group and now I find you here. I never did much posting to any type of group but now I know that I need the help and that here I will find folks who have the same anxieties and setbacks that I do. But it seems that they also have successes and I want to share in that. So thanks for the welcome I plan on being around for awhile. Talk to you soon.

I have done this (the weight loss thing) before. I lost about 50 lbs. It wasn't easy. But one thing that I did do that I haven't been able to get motivated about is the exercise. I would walk every AM while my sis took our kids to school then she would pick me up and we would go to work together. It was such a habit that I did not even think about it. But now I have to figure out a way to get it done. Then it will be a habit again. For me and YOU!! SARA 3420 days ago
