Spring into Summer 5% Challenge Goals:
- Lose 5% of my weight.
- Reach the ultimate goal of 65 kilos!
- Drop body fat below 25%.
- Follow my fitness schedule.
- Support my Sparkfriends and my teammates throughout the challenge.

My Program:
-Healthy food choices and portion control
-3 times a week cardio
-3 times a week strength training
- At least 20 minutes of daily exercise.
-Never forget that this is FOR LIFE!

Personal Information:
I am a stay-at-home-mom who lives in Greece. Sparkpeople helped me "discover" exercise at the age of 35! I love feeling strong and I keep searching for new ways to do it.

Other Information:
I love photography, video editing, reading, cooking, baking and good movies. There's nothing I enjoy more than a long hike in the forest and a view of spectacular mountains.

hello Elle!! Unfortunately I will quit the challenge... I am leaving for a 10 days trip in Switzerland and I will not be able to have an internet access...but I don't quit from my goals!!
We can go for a coffee as soon as I come back!
