Welcome to my page! I've been a Sparkpeople member since 2009 but I only managed to be successful in 2011. In May 2012, I managed to reach a healthy weight range and I have maintained it ever since. My initial goal weight, however, is still on my mind and I'm still working towards it. But I know that the most important thing is to remain fit, strong and healthy! My Goals:
85 kilos - DONE! 80 kilos - DONE! 75 kilos - DONE! 71 kilos (healthy BMI) - DONE! 67 kilos - elusive! 65 kilos: -I'-M-POSSIBLE Spring into Summer 5% Challenge Goals: - Lose 5% of my weight. - Reach the ultimate goal of 65 kilos! - Drop body fat below 25%. - Follow my fitness schedule. - Support my Sparkfriends and my teammates throughout the challenge.
My Program:
-Healthy food choices and portion control -3 times a week cardio -3 times a week strength training - At least 20 minutes of daily exercise. -Never forget that this is FOR LIFE!
Personal Information:
I am a stay-at-home-mom who lives in Greece. Sparkpeople helped me "discover" exercise at the age of 35! I love feeling strong and I keep searching for new ways to do it.
Other Information:
I love photography, video editing, reading, cooking, baking and good movies. There's nothing I enjoy more than a long hike in the forest and a view of spectacular mountains.
