that's great I can see the difference. I am right behind you on week 5 day 2. I tried getting up early this am and my body was in revolt but I got it done. Congrats keep up the hard work

First week is the toughest. My body has gradually gotten used to the workouts (not as sore). However, they don't get any easier.

I've lost 3 inches on my waist and about 8 pounds. My pull-ups have increased almost 200%. Definitely gaining on the push-ups as well.

Progress is motivating.

You can tell a slight difference, though i am sure you feel better. When did you start seeing changes? I just started and am a little frustrated that i have not seen more in the first week after all that work!
