Happy 2015 - Lets do this!

I've crossed the 40 year mark a while ago and my matabloism has seemed to have stayed with that crossing. So i have to be more focused, there is not as much grace periods as in the decade prior!

Goals - work on small goals, 1 week, 2 weeks, a month at a time!

Food tracking, better selection, stopping eating when almost full, drink that water! Pre-tracking! Stay in range!

Veggies - work on plates filled with more ...

Veggies - work on plates filled with more veggies than meat and fat! And up the protein, greater than 30%

Me time - get in some me time each day! 5-10 minutes! - this one hasn't been going well - time to work on it!

Extra exercise - find a time for me to get in one extra session each week! Pace the hallway - squats, lunges, leg lifts etc...

Love you explanation. I don't think I will take up skiing, by the time I when through all that it would be way to late. Or I might just as well forget the skies and spent my time in the BR.

I am with you, I also hate to clean stools in the bathroom. I don't know of anyone that can't wait forward to doing it. Everyone has there own definition of clean, My house probably has a few cobwebs hanging around somewhere, but that is okay, I'll get them if I find them. So yes, everyone has there own definition.

Funny, my coworker was just telling me yesterday that she and her husband have really gotten off track on their gym visits...he said, "as soon as we hit January, we need to get back on it" and she said, "why not get back on it now?" and he said "oh yeah, I guess we could do that!" LOL!
