Happy 2015 - Lets do this!

I've crossed the 40 year mark a while ago and my matabloism has seemed to have stayed with that crossing. So i have to be more focused, there is not as much grace periods as in the decade prior!

Goals - work on small goals, 1 week, 2 weeks, a month at a time!

Food tracking, better selection, stopping eating when almost full, drink that water! Pre-tracking! Stay in range!

Veggies - work on plates filled with more ...

Veggies - work on plates filled with more veggies than meat and fat! And up the protein, greater than 30%

Me time - get in some me time each day! 5-10 minutes! - this one hasn't been going well - time to work on it!

Extra exercise - find a time for me to get in one extra session each week! Pace the hallway - squats, lunges, leg lifts etc...

Hey just checking in because I have been gone so long.

Wishing you only the greatest of everything. Hope this spring is the time to reach those goals, get closer or to start again. emoticon

I'm not a fan of running, either...and I enjoyed stairs when we were doing them (although, 4 hours of stair climbing every weekend got a bit grueling). I've found what I really enjoy is jump roping. And it kicks my ass, too. It's funny how we can spend so long trying to find what works for us. I wish there was just some test we could take that would tell us...
