3 light meals , 2 snacks per day at 9am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 9:00 pm
{what and how much TBD}
Meds taken at 8am and 6pm
Shots taken at 9am and 9pm start at 50u each
Novolog 5u before each meal
Computer/tv off by 11pm, in bed by 12pm, up at 9:00am
64 oz water per day

Just discovered the site today. I really enjoy the points earning facet and look forward to making friends and getting and giving support. I have 58 pounds to lose to my goal.

I am married, 4 kids, 6 grandkids, and one dog. I am diabetic and have several other health problems that helped motivate me to find this site. I lost 23 pounds earlier this year but have gained part of it back.

Hope you're doing well, girlie! My computer pooped out for a few weeks and we had some very trying family issues in the past few weeks - still ongoing - so I haven't been around much. Don't see myself being around much for the next few weeks, either. But I'm rooting for you! emoticon
