I AM a DONE girl!

Reasons to Lose Weight and exercise (2008)
I will get rid of the weight that stresses my injured knee joint
I will feel healthier
I will have more energy
I will feel better about being in social situations
I will look better
I will be able to wear a smaller size of clothing
I will feel more in control around food
I will feel comfortable in a bathing suit
I will be happier when I look in the mirror
I will be able to exercise without embarrassment
I will like myself more
I will be happier when I step on the scale
I will save money on food
I will be able to do more activities than I do now
I will have better looking clothes fit better on me
I will feel better about myself and stop feeling sad about being fat
I will enjoy going shopping for new clothes
I will look HOT when I turn 60
I will be less self-critical; more self-confident
I will be proud to be seen with my husband
I will be able to enjoy grandchildren
I will no longer feel like I am a victim to food
I will no longer have feet that swell and hurt
I will no longer have joints that hurt
I will feel younger
I will live longer
I will not be ashamed of myself
I will be healthier with more normal cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar
I will be able to get off of some or most of my medicines
