I am trying to become more active every day. Ive started paying more attention to what I buy in the grocery stores for me and my daughter. I also have noticed how dependent I have been on the drive thru window for the past year. It is scary!

Thanks for checking in :) I'm actually very encouraged by the progress I I've made with just a few small changes... It has not been a perfect week by any means. Making the right choices is actually not as hard as I thought it would be. Probably should not have "enjoyed" myself so much at the fair today, but I know today is just one day, and tomorrow is a brand new one! By the way, I LOVE THE QUOTES, so keep them coming please... I have so many that I read over and over and these two will be added as soon as I am done typing.

Thanks for adding me as a friend, I've added you too. I understand about fast food being the easy way to go. But its generally so unhealthy for you. Of course, I'm sure you know that. What works best for me is to not even think about weight. (I haven't weighed myself since last September.) I find I do better if I simply focus on HEALTH. I try to love myself enough to make as many healthy choices as possible each day. Its not easy and I'm far from perfect, but if I just keep trying to do my best, I'm satisified with that. So keep pushing to reach your goals, and always try to make each day healthy. Start over as many times as you need to...I do!
