I joined Spark People in November of 2013. I like to start and end my day by reading health-oriented articles. I've joined a few teams and it's nice to know others like you are out there sharing similar (or different) struggles. I've recommended Spark People to a few people, and will continue to do so.

For me, yoga has always helped in my quest for happiness, and my main goal right now is to find my way through yoga again.

Hi, and thank you for posting your introduction to Writers :) I'm one of the co-leaders over there, though I haven't been very active lately. It's been a busy month for me, and I'm trying to catch up on what's been going on while I've been AWOL.

Congratulations on having good success with with your fitness - I really need to step up with that. It looks like you and I are trying to develop similar writing habits. Though I work part-time, I really want to be writing daily and giving it several hours at a time. (I'm shooting for 6 days a week, at 7 hours a day ... but nearly half of that is for blogging and other writing, so my novel is supposed to get approx. 4 hours, six days a week.)

Maybe we should have a simple thread, or a goal that we can check off, over at Writers. Hmmm. I'll look into how we might do that.

I am new at this "Community" part, and sometimes have trouble navigating in the fitness tracker. Any comments about using the fitness tracker would be welcome. It's not as user-friendly, to me, as the meal tracker. Thank you.
