My new beginning!

Have fallen off the weight loss wagon so many times before and am hoping that this is the time I can make it stick! Couple of years ago managed to lose 30 pounds, down from 207, but then lost my motivation and gained most of it back, started exercising again in September last year, lost 20 pounds and again lost my motivation! Went back to 201lbs. So now I'm here again - been at it for two weeks and have already lost the first 6 pounds. I just need to find the motivation and the confidence ...

My Program:
To start with - 1-2 hours of walking 5 times a week.

Once I'm a little fitter and have improved stamina I will begin C25K and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

Thank you for your support and comment on my blog post Starting Well, and more importantly how you related to my difficulty tracking food on SparkPeople. I too looove Korean food.
