Only I can make it happen

I had join SP back in February 2008, and I did great, lost 25 pounds. Looked and felt great. But over the years things happen, medical issues with my health, my husbands health, and other things. I tried many times to get back to my diet and exercise but could not get the mind set to really want it bad enough. That is till just 3 weeks ago, I went on vacation with my husband and son and grandson. And of course when on vacation and camping food is plenty. I got back and stepped on the scales ...
I had join SP back in February 2008, and I did great, lost 25 pounds. Looked and felt great. But over the years things happen, medical issues with my health, my husbands health, and other things. I tried many times to get back to my diet and exercise but could not get the mind set to really want it bad enough. That is till just 3 weeks ago, I went on vacation with my husband and son and grandson. And of course when on vacation and camping food is plenty. I got back and stepped on the scales and it opened my eyes. Pounds are so easy to put on and if I did not do something then it was going to be trouble for me with more health issues I am sure. So I enlisted my sister whom lives a great distance away to join me, she was the one that first turned me on to SP back in 2008. So though we are far apart we are there for each other. I have done well with my diet and have gotten back into exercise. I have branched out to a new exercise for me, Kettlebells and I like it. Though I am a beginner with KB I feel it is a great all over exercise and hope to increase my ability with the KBs.
Once again I am thankful for this site, I know it works, I did it before and I am going to do it again.
Only I can make it happen and that is just what I plan to do !

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 20 pounds by August 11,
I have reached my 20 pound weight loss goal early and have changed now to lose another 10, for a total of 30 by Sept 11

Working out on the exercise bike and do some strength training. Getting in walks when I can.
