Being a Determined Diva and Making It Count!
Someone once told me the if your life isn't working for you, then change it. Where I'm at right now in my life isn't working. Through the years, I've tried miracle pills, diet centers, diet books, and combining different diets to make my own diet, but everything I've tried has failed. Someone once told me the if your life isn't working for you, then change it. Where I'm at right now in my life isn't working. Through the years, I've tried miracle pills, diet centers, diet books, and combining different diets to make my own diet, but everything I've tried has failed. My focus has always been the numbers on the scale, how much and how fast can I lose it. I set myself up for failure before I really start. I believe that the all or nothing attitude never works for me. This time I'm going to take it one step at a time, and if I fall I will get back up and keep going. Being overweight for me has very little to do with the food and how much I eat. Instead it's more with hiding from me and living life. I want to get me and my life back on track. I know that this will be a long hard road for me with lots of highs and lows, but I am willing to go the distances and do what I need to do in order to succeed. This will be the beginning of the best year of my life.
