Middle of the year and Middle of June, my but the time is moving. We put over 1000 kids out of windows so far, very fun stuff, check the blog on 'fears and wills'. As a family we are currently being bombarded with a lot of crap, coming from several places. These victories at camp and the daily blog help me keep going.

My Goals:
Maintain healthy body weight, around 10 to 12 percent body fat. A physique like Tarzan.
My Program:
I change my routine every 4 to 8 weeks. Go from volume resistance, to periodized training, and heavy low rep lifts.
Personal Information:
Live in Palm Bay At Planet Fitness three or four times a week, usually between 4-5 pm. If you see me say hi.
