It looks like maybe you were having a rough spot a few weeks ago. I read a different comment, though, where you talked about not depriving yourself but to make a special event out of a treat, eating a cookie, sipping coffee. I just wanted to say that that comment really really helped me today.
I'm back on track after about a year of slacking off, and I wanted to let you know that regardless of where you are in your journey, you are inspiring someone.
I read your comments, too. Hang in there. Quitting only adds stress to your already stress filled situation. If you quit you might beat yourself up over "another failure." Even if you aren't making progress, the honesty of tracking can be helpful. Do what you can. Be at peace. We've all felt this way. Drink the water. Hold out for better days yet to come. I read your comment on eating when you are not hungry. I think that you need to continue to stay with Spark, even tho you are under a lot of pressure right now. Things will turn around for you so if you have something good in your life that lets you express your negative as well as positive feelings you need to do that. HANG in there....trouble don't last ALWAYS.....Our health is something we need to work on for life whether we are stressed or not. I personally am not terribly successful with my weight loss efforts but I hang in there anyway and have made some positive changes along the way as small as they may be.....something beats nothing. Anyway, I just wanted to encourage you to stay the course, maybe not so intensely if you are feeling stressed by it, but log in, read an article, get encouragement and get off.
