I would like to get down to a comfortable weight. I need to lose 50# but don't want to set the goal to high. When I lose 30 I will go for the other 20
I love Spark People, I use the nutrition tracker daily, read all the articles I can, go to the gym 3 times a week for a strength workout and use my treadmill at home the other 3 days. If I can fit in 7 days I do. I watch everything I eat, and measure and weigh foods. Also using lots of fat free items.

I have a beautiful grand daughter who is 21 yeas old with Cystic Fibrosis. We have raised money for the Grat Strides Walk a Thon for CF for the last 17 years. I love Precious Moments and Old Time Santa Claus' and love working on the computer
