My Program:
C25K - I loath exercise, especially running, but this program makes it much less daunting.

The Fast Diet - I by chance saw the BBC Horizon episode "Eat Fast and Live Longer" (04/03/13). Being very science minded, the research they documented intrigued me enough to try it starting the next day. I'd been in a rut with my weight loss, stuck at 14 pounds, but I'm happy to say I've finally started to move past my plateau.
