Way to go Kelly!! You have just kept at it and not given up. You inspire me! I am still falling and getting back up. Trying something new now that seems to be working for me. It's all about keeping at it and finding what works. I've just had a little progress lately but I think I will start seeing things change soon. I totally enjoyed your post on the message board "scale" topic re: whether to weigh daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
Your description is EXACTLY what I do!!
With each detail you mentioned, I laughed harder and harder!
For anyone else reading this comment, here is what Kelly had written:
"I weigh myself every morning, butt naked and take the scrunchie out of my hair (and make sure my hair is dry). LOL And certainly after my morning pee, and if I'm really lucky I'll have had a BM the night before. I thought about putting my contact lenses on too, instead of wearing my glasses but haven't gone "that" crazy yet. For me, it helps to either motivate me for the day or helps me to proceed with caution!"
