Goal:
To lose 50 pounds by September 1st, 2014

I will do this by:
1. Tracking all food each and everyday and not eating more than 1600 calories per day.
2. Getting at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity everyday.
3. Getting in at least 3 strength training sessions per week.
Wednesday, Friday and Sunday!
