I have lost 35lbs so far...

On June 01, 2013, I got married. Randy and I are now working on having a happy and healthy marriage, which includes being more active.

We ran our first 5k with my stepson on July 13th, 2013 and can't wait to run another as a family.

This weight loss is a journey and we are working on making it a lifestyle. The thing I found is, once you get there, you can't stop. It is an every day choice!

OJ_2_OK Day one of beginning to track again it's tough getting back on the wagon after falling off but I feel good!

My 5% Challenge Plan:

I try to eat within my spark calorie range 1200-1500 every day.

I attribute my success to my food tracking.

I recently joined a gym and have committed to doing several cardio and ST classes. When I don't go to the gym I aim to get some kind of physical activity outside since it is the summer. I commit to 6 days of exercise a week.

I commit to my fellow CAT teammates by promising to get to know every team member and staying very active on the boards.



Personal Information:
I am 28 yrs old. I have 2 cats, 3 dogs, and am raising a 14 year old with my Husband.

Life does get in the way, doesn't it? I have come and gone from SP many times at many different levels of involvement. Find what works for you. Just try not to forget how you learned to take care of yourself!
