Thanks for stopping by for a peek at my page! My downfall in the weight department is I have a sweet tooth, when it comes to sweet bakery goods and sweet alcohol beverages. I started my Journey with SP 7 years ago at 225 lbs. In the beginning of 2009 reached goal weight. By 2010 gained back 30 lbs., by the end of 2010 had lost 15 lbs. Hope I have learned a valuable lesson and will not let sweets over power my success again. Starting 2011 with 15 lb gain to loose. Well here it ...

My Goals:
I have accepted the final changes in Healthier Eating Habits as my regular way of shopping, cooking and eating. I traded my old habits for new healthwise ways!
My Program:
Avoid sweets Avoid skipping meals Consume smaller portion meals. Treat myself each week to something that is not food oriented.
Personal Information:
I enjoy gardening, swimming and walking for my physical activities plus do treadmill if the weather is poor. Photography, gardening, painting with acrylics, sewing and restoring old furniture are my passion hobbies.
Other Information:
Love all types of music! Dancing is great way to get a little extra exercise in!
