Thanks for commenting on my blog "why?". I am continuing to plug away, was just feeling down for a moment. Frustrated and close to giving up. But after reviewing things, I realized, I can't give up. I have to keep going. Otherwise all the good I've done will be for nothing. Giving up sugar was really hard. I use Truvia but don't use it on very much, mostly for coffee. So I know how hard giving that up is. I've learned to eat healthier and cook healthier meals...I'm not perfect and sometimes do enjoy a soda or maybe even (gasp) a candy bar. But I'm not binge eating and that's huge progress in my book!

Good luck to you!
