I'm following my Spark nutrition plan, going to the gym for 45+ minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week, and playing my Wii dancing game for 45+ minutes at least once a week.
My goal is 1000 fitness minutes per month, and I plan to re-incorporate strength training in the next month.
