You can't weigh beauty

I am Done.
Done being the fat one in the group, done hiding in the corner so nobody tries to speak to me, done being afraid of failing, and done with my situation dictating my weight and health!

I am now below my previous lowest weight (happy dance!) at 10 stone 13 (153 lbs). Now the goal is my ideal weight of 10 stone bang on(140 lbs).

So:
Start weight - 12 stone 5, 173 lbs
Current weight (01/04/13) - 10 stone 13, 153 lbs
Next target weight - ...

Ho Olivia, oh no it wasn't your comment that was suggesting it, it was the comment before yours. Your comment was awesome. :).

I've only found a select few gluten free products I like and are actually good if not better than their wheat counterparts. If you ever find a company called TruRoots, I suggest you take a look. Their brown rice and amaranth pasta is awesome!

Hey Love, Thanks so much for you comment on my blog! Good luck with the cutting down slowly -- i'm sure it will stop the tizzy fits! I totally know all about being contrary... I have that personality trait in spades.

Let me know how it's going for you! I've been collecting a ton of great recipes! :)

Also -- just something I've learnt: watch out for "gluten-free" products that are direct replacements for what we eat normally as wheat (bread, crackers, pasta, etc). Most of them are worse nutritionally than the offending wheat. A lot of them are made with corn and white potato starch and send your glycemic levels sky high (and not let you lose weight). I'm sure you've discovered this already but I thought I should pass the info along.
