Getting Back To Myself

Over the past year and a half I have gained between 20-25 pounds. I'm looking to change several things in my lifestyle that have led to this weight gain, and want to regain some of the self confidence that I used to have.

My Goals:
The other day I took out a piece of paper and colored on some words that I want to feel, that I want to be. Here they are: Energy, Focus, Toned, Calm, Mindful, and Confident. I then taped it to the wall in the living room, where I can see it multiple times a day.

My Program:
I make sure that I do something active at least 6 days a week. 3 of those days have some element of strength/toning in them, whether that's lifting free weights, doing pilates with my pilates bar, or kickboxing (killer toning and cardio!). The remaining three days are active, whether that's going for a run, doing a SP cardio video, using my mini-stepper, or doing a long yoga routine.

Personal Information:
I spent four years living and teaching in South Korea. In the past 4 1/2 months, I have since moved back to the states. Since finding my own apartment and putting myself on a strict food budget, I have been eating healthier (no money for junk!) and feeling a lot better as well as losing weight.
