I've been a member of SP since 2008 and have successfully managed to stay under the radar for 6 years. When I first joined, I lost 35 lbs. in 10 months. In 2009, I got into a car accident and since then gained 40 lbs back.

I am a 34-year old father of two, a husband, a 9-5 professional, and motivated to live a healthier, longer life. My biggest challenge is to lose inches off my waist. And the next biggest challenge is to stay motivated.

A part of me believes in me to stay consistent, but a big part of me keeps bringing me down. Like a voice in my mind, that wants to cut corners and justify not getting off my ass. We live in an area where I have no buddies I can partner with.

By joining, I hope to partner-up with all of you and learn to stay motivated.

My Goals:
July 3, 2013 - I'm not 200 lbs, like I said back in Nov-2012 I wanted to be by July. It's not about the weight now. It's about how I look and feel. But since weight is a decent indicator, my next goal is to be 220 by mid-August.

I'm 235 today, but compared to Nov-2012, I have more muscle and less fat.

Okay, so it has been a couple months and I feel I need to update my "Introduction Text". I still have a long way to go, but I've also come a long way.

Nov 2012 - At 237 +/- , I can comfortably say that exercising has become a part of my life, and without it I feel like I've missed something very important. My first goal is to be 200 by July 2013.

Can I do it?


My Program:
Intermittent Fasting. Weights Sat, Mon, and Wed. Cardio Sun, Tues, and Thurs. Fridays are rest/recovery.
