You are awesome. Thank you for stopping by and responding to my blog. I needed to hear that. Talking with my therapist this week and she has me convinced that the thing that worked before is likely not the same thing that will work again now. And I believe that. Losing massive amounts of weight and achieving major goals changes a person's soul. So I am very different coming at this now than I was 3 years ago. So I need a new starting point. Which will happen sometime soon. I'm just hanging out here for a while and being observant of my habits and getting the lay of the land from this perspective. It will happen again. It's only a matter of time. But round 2 will look much different than round 1.
BTW, I hope you don't mind but I shared the link for your blog on my BLC chat and I used your blog as the theme for my Saturday blog. It really was good and I'm hoping will get some discussion going. Justyna
Hey, you are a fellow Michigander! I am a troll though, lol. Hope your week went well! Do you have still have snow your way? Do you get outside much in the winter. 60's predicted here today, so I am anxiously waiting to be done with my work day so I can get out and enjoy a long hike before the cold returns for another week or two. Good luck this week!!
Hey Robert! Thanks for reading my blog! (Kinda forced you to read, lol). Evelyn shared the article link as well and I have now read the article. I agree that they are saying you should do it for health but I didn't. I wanted to feel good and the fact that I know what goal weight feels like to me. Honestly, it didn't feel as good as I thought. (If that makes sense). Down the road, I will have to determine if I want to stay where I am, lose some, or go back to goal weight. I have overweight all my life and sometimes it feels like it's my fate to be overweight.
