Hope this check-in finds you well.
I do have a question or some advice to ask you. I was thinking of trying Creatine for some muscle buildign and endurance but am afraid of what i hear with bloating. What is your take on Creatine? Or should I go for a Glutamine instead? Look forward to hearing your feedback.
