Where did all this weight come from?

HI! Welcome to my page. I have been with sparkspeople for a long time but have had some set backs with the passing of my mom, depression and some medical issues.

I am back on track and ready to lose this weight once and for all! I know this is the best place to be and I know I can do it!

Other Information:
I enjoy reading and watching TV - two very stationary activities. I have been trying to move more and that is cutting into my reading time but I know in the long run it will all work out.

Debbie,
Thanks for being so faithful and checking in on me. Unfortunately last night was not the best. I woke up about every hour and went to the kitchen once. Good news is I was hungry. Bad news is that once I had a healthy snack I decided to have a candy bar since I already blew it. I did figure out that I get hungry at night when I don't eat a protein bar before bed. That's a real plus because most of the time I am eating at night when hungry. I only messed up once when I wasn't hungry. I'm shooting for a 7 day streak.

I made it through the night last night without snacking. I moved that cotton ball this morning!!! Lets see if I can make it 2 days in a row. Thanks for the support. Thanks for adding me as a friend. I have added you also. I hope to see lots of you.
