Getting "ME" together!

Hello everybody!!

Like many other people, I'm TIRED of wanting and needing to lose weight to live a longer, healthier lifestyle and never sticking to a plan that works for me.In the past, I wanted to do it for other people and not really even loving myself while TRYING to do it. I'm tired of doing everything wrong and getting on a diet only to break it in 3-4 days! It's time to "grow up" even more and make decisions now that will affect my future life later. I'm tired of doing everything wrong and getting on a diet only to break it in 3-4 days! It's time to "grow up" even more and make decisions now that will affect my future life later. I shall LIVE and not DIE.....so this is why I'm taking the first step to better my lifestyle. With God, ALL things are possible. My Goals:
My goals are to develop a healthier lifestyle for myself, my future family, and most importantly God. I also want to inspire and motivate others to dream the impossible, and to encourage those who have given up hope. We must all take it one day and one step at a time.

My overall goal is to feel better about myself in every way possible!

My Program:
*I am really trying to eat three meals a day with snacks in between. I'm not a fruit or vegetable eater, so to get my fruit in, I make smoothies out of different fruit with a little water added (no orange juice or milk just to cut down calories)

*I also try to cook my food more often instead of eating out and I also try to measure the ingredients I use.

*I do at least 30min. of cardio Monday-Saturday, and I rest on Sundays

Personal Information:
I enjoy talking on the phone, browsing the internet, SHOPPING, collecting shoes and accessories, going to Church, worshipping God, finding out new and interesting things about myself, giving advice, encouraging others, and drawing.
