No one can go back in time to change what has happened.
So work on your present to make yourself a wonderful future.
    Happy New Year 2015.

This is the time for celebration! So we celebrate!!

Jan 1 is the time for recommitting. So we will recommit.

To not celebrate at this time leads to feeling deprived - and can lead to a binge.

So celebrate this joyous time my dear friend and we shall recommit together on Jan 1.

P.S. This does not mean to go "nutzo" on yourself. It just means that we shouldn't be afraid of a little celebrating.

Once again, we come to the Holiday Season, a deeply religious time that each of us observes, in his own way, by going to the mall of his choice.

From my heart to yours, Merry Christmas!

In the old days, it was not called the Holiday Season; the Christians called it "Christmas" and went to church; the Jews called it "Hanukkah" and went to synagogue; the atheists went to parties and drank.
People passing each other on the street would say "Merry Christmas!" or "Happy Hanukkah!" or (to the atheists) "Look out for the wall!" ~Dave Barry

Whatever you do, whichever you follow - Enjoy the Season!
    Huggers,
    Linda
