My Goals:
For 2011:
- Be down 15 lbs by the end of February
- Start running again in the spring
- Gain extra self confidence

My Program:
Eating:
- Use nutrition tracker
- Stick to around 1300 calories per day
- Eat less carbs
- Drink more water
- Stop eating chips/tortilla chips
- Eat more fruit & veggies
- Take a multi-vitamin every day

Lifestyle:
- Use the fitness tracker
- Wii Fit every day
- Crunches and modified pushups everyday
- Go to the gym atleast twice a week
- Lift weights every second day
- Weigh in once or twice a week

Personal Information:
I'm 21 years old and have two cats and two guinea pigs. I am a Veterinary Technician (RVT) from Ontario, Canada. I'm currently in my third year of college becoming a Veterinary Technologist specializing in Wildlife Rehabilitation.

I love the outdoors, hiking, watching movies, and hanging out with my friends.

Other Information:
- I'm a HUGE Gerard Butler fan.
- I love Glee, Criminal Minds, Modern Family and Gossip Girl.
- I like a wide variety of music, but can't stand screamo or hardcore rap.
