Once again, your words sound like mine! (on your comment on my blog). That whole weigh-in mental conversation, I mean. I do have to remind myself that it generally takes more than 1 day for anything to show on the scale (binge or healthy eating/exercising) so whenever I weigh, I'm hard pressed to remember what I did to get there. So I really just need to stop all the data collection and live like I know I can. Thanks for being such a great sparkfriend!
