and to SparkPeople and also to the SparkFresno Team!!
Usually once a month we try to have a Meet & Greet. But we plan to try and shoot for 2 times a month very soon. So be watching for team threads and also SparkMails concerning it. We also try and have monthly team challenges to help encourage & motivate our team members to get active. PLEASE feel free to jump right on in with the rest of us! You will be glad you did! If you have any questions about SparkPeople, please don't hesitate to ask either myself, Anna (CLADY326) or Yvette (ANTONI56)... there are tons of great resources found on here.
Also a quick Suggestion, if you have a SparkPage, edit it so that you can have comments and also so others can see it. This will allow other team members to post comments on your page to encourage/motivate you when you need it most! Please DO NOT try and go this journey alone! If you DO NOT have a Spark Page and aren't sure how to set it up, please go to the team and check out the Short Tutorials in the Helpful Information Forum, which you can find HERE - www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_mes sageboard_thread.asp?board=1533x10127x 31526260x1xfirst If you have not done so yet, PLEASE make an introduction, letting us on the team know a little bit more about you, we would LOVE to get to know you! Here's the link to go there... http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/t eam_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x1 0127x30547244x1xfirst

“Years wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.” – Samuel Ullamn
Think about looking in a mirror. How many of us get depressed when we notice a new gray hair or a new wrinkle in our forehead? Now, take a moment to think about what you can’t see in a mirror…are you allowing wrinkles to appear in your soul? There are many ways that this can happen from worrying too much to not pursuing a life of purpose. One of the most common ways to wrinkle the soul is to give up enthusiasm. You should always be trying to show enthusiasm for whatever you do. Sometimes this is difficult…we might not like our job or we might be having difficulties in our personal life. When there is a bump in the road, one of the easiest ways to get back on track is to have enthusiasm. 2470 days ago
