My Goals:
I wanted to lose 31 pounds in 6 months. Lost 28 , hopefully will lose 34 pounds in next 6 months!

My Program:
I am eating healthier, and becoming more active. I walk 2 miles 3x a week. Elliptical 30 min 2-3x a week. Zumba and Step Jam 60 min 2 x week. Taebo 35 min 1-2 x a week. Weight training, & Turbokick 1x a week. No more coffee, only decaf! Drink 2 to 4 meal replacement shakes per day.
. Drinking 8+ glasses of water daily. Eating fruits and vegetable's daily. Takin vitamins consistently.
