Thanks for commenting on my HITS 140.6 blog. I have heard good things about the HITS transition areas, too. One of the drawbacks seems to be that you can get lonely on the 140.6 distance after the 70.3 athletes leave the course. Yes, I am going to go slowly and for endurance not speed on this, my first 140.6. Thanks for the encouragement.

Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
