Hello. I'm an unintentional stay-at-home-mom, unemployed teacher. In 2010, I realized I was 197 lbs and decided that it was time for the slow creep of pounds had to stop. I lost 15 lbs, but have lost my motivation and am looking for a kick in the pants. Let me know if you got some boots to help me!

Thanks for commenting on my blog and the nice compliment. I am glad that both boys have the confidence to try something different. I am hoping this brings peace to my son struggling with an eating disorder. He has talked about moving to San Diego for years.

You are doing really good with your training. I am enjoying reading your updates. I hope your speed work went well yesterday.
