My new goals are going to be small for now to eat healthy Keep moving try and track my food on sparks and I will be writing a food journal and drink 8 glasses of water
Getting back to the basics for me that means loging down everything I'm eating a food journel and tracking my exersice and tracking my steps for now thats what I will be doing I will be going to the gym 3 times a week and walk at least 4 times and when I can will walk more for 45mins.
