My goal's are to walk at least 4 days and go to the gym 3 times a week for now.
Track my exersice and keep a food journel and a journel of how I'm feeling.
Drink my 8 glasses of water.
Getting back to the basics for me that means loging down everything I'm eating a food journel and tracking my exersice and tracking my steps for now thats what I will be doing I will be going to the gym 3 times a week and walk at least 4 times and when I can will walk more for 45mins.
