Walk 1.5 mile on the treadmill x 3 times this week.
1 hour of water aerobics x 3 times this week.
Mid Term Goal: Spring Boot camp challenge.
Long Term Goal: Get down to 155 lbs

Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.
Hi :) So I cannot lie.. I slacked Saturday and Sunday from coming on here and tracking :/.... However, it is a new day today and time to get busy again. I am at 6 cups of water, need 2 more!! I am making ground turkey big mac salad tonight for supper..mmm I can't wait!! hehe!! :) I weighed myself tonight I am down 4 lbs!! WOohoo!! However, I keep doing it on diff. scales. So maybe that is another thing to add to my x-mas list, a scale!! Anyway, I hope you are having a great day!!! Great job on the agua!! Keep it up!!! I am going to have to try your coffee trick!! :)
Thanks for your encouraging comments on my blog. I am trying to take care of myself, but it is not easy as I feel I should be by his side.....he was with me last year when I was out of commission.....I wish I could get some time off from work, but we are so short handed right now that this is impossible. He is doing good physically, but I am concerned that his mental attitude could slip the longer he is away from home. I will keep you updated. Lynel
I've been thinking of you often. I didn't make a care package out before Thanksgiving. Still working on getting something out soon for December but I'm afraid it's going to be small. I'll talk to you about it later. I hope you got some rest. I've missed talking with you!
