Clear Sailing

I have a whole month to just work and concentrate on clean eating.
I'm going to walk 30-45 minutes before each shift.
My goal is to develop good habits and to be able to stick to my goals when I travel and have to eat at a restaurant. I don't want to cave to all those folks that don't realize they are sabotaging me when they don't take NO thank you for an answer. "What is it going to hurt" they say.

Thank you for the goodie! I love it when you put in your garden and post about your plantings! I got my community garden plot about half planted yesterday (I didn't finish because I ran out of plants and seeds) but I will finish it this week. Also, guess what! I am going to be volunteering at a farm starting June 1st and going through November. I can't WAIT!!!

A little side-benefit of the volunteer: I will get a box of fresh veggies every week. I didn't even know about that when I volunteered. I'm so excited!
