Personal Information:
I live in Northern Minnesota.
Love to garden
Let me know if your on Face Book.
I also want you to know that I quit smoking on 1-23-2012. I live by the quote "Not One Puff Ever".

Other Information:
Wetptarmingan's quoted this on her Sparkpage and I just knew I had to read this every day:

My favorite quote from Birdie, a Spark Person who lost 140 lbs: Know that for every day that you have stayed within your calorie limits, you have used a little of your fat stores.

The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.

Hey Dee, glad to hear from you. I feel my life is a little less hectic than yours, but getting Hubby off to Russia is getting a little more stressful. Too much stuff going on as well.....he had a Men's Chorus concert on Sunday and tonight as well as working two jobs and getting everything done to leave.
I am happy to hear that your yard work has progressed nicely. I hope this rain has not been too much and that everything turns beautiful and green for the wedding. Now instead of snowshoes, you may have to consider rubber boots if the rain continues. emoticon Okay, that was not funny....sorry. emoticon
Glad you are keeping up with the water aerobics and sorry to hear of your injury......hope it does not bother you too much. I can't believe you had to work night shifts just before the wedding......I know you are used to switching work/sleep shifts, but really......glad you will have one extra day off to get readjusted to daytime.
I will keep you and your family's activities in my thoughts and prayers.
I will quit rambling now and just say good night. Hugs, Lynel emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi Dee!!! How is it going "up north"? We had 100 degrees yesterday, twelve days after getting over a foot of heavy wet snow that closed most of the area schools. Crazy. :-)

I hope all is going well with the wedding plans! I will have to catch up with your blogs. At our house it is 1 graduation down, 1 to go! Both the college girls moved home for now. Rearranging our lives and house has kept me off the computer. The garden doesn't look like much, but hopefully I will get something done in the next few days. :-)

Take care!
April
