Short term Goals: Week #1 Drink 8 glasses of water each day. Walk 9 miles per week on the treadmill/road 1 hour of water aerobics x 2 times this week. Get the bike out once the snow is gone. Mid Term Goal: Work on going thru the exercise video's Long Term Goal: Get down to 165lbs

Sharing a quote: The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.
