The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.

Small world! I bought my first circle hoe in an out of the way garden shop about 6-7 years ago.... as I have gotten "older" I figured the long handle one would be easier on my back ( No bending ). when I tried to find one, no dice any where. I went online and contacted the maker of them, he is 84 years old and still is hand making all of them himself!!! His wife said they are trying to get some bigger manufacturer to make them but he does not want it made cheaply as he still hand forges each of them as he says they will last a lifetime that way , and the other just want to solder on the handle..... Just thought it was an interesting story , and who knows if you will be able to get one much longer! Just very glad I have 2 of them!

To answer what is new my way: Just living here in Central Mexico. Trying to keep busy with Etsy and selling mycrochet items. Of course the normal family duties, kids in school. Husband to care for. (He is fine, just spoiled. ) We are trying to get our finances ready for a possible return trip to the US in 2016. We will see. There are benefits in both countries, so we don't know for sure yet. Just hanging out and surviving. Hope that you are well. I was very sick with many different things since last November, but I am well now! (knock on wood!lol) Thanks for keeping in touch, I enjoy it! emoticon
