Walk 1.5 mile on the treadmill x 3 times this week.

Sharing a quote: The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.
My week has been busy. Spent Saturday in Duluth with my youngest son, Sunday we were with my family to celebrate brother's birthday. Had quarterly meeting at work, finished purchased card reconciliations and reports and doing a million misc. things. Looking forward to a quiet weekend at home with Mike - unless he is out hunting with his brother, then it will be just me and the dogs.
Thank you for the goodie, it was a nice surprise. We had a fun Halloween, I took my 3 little grandkids plus my youngest son trick-or-treating. It was the first time I had gone since 3rd grade and my son's first time. (My mother really scared me about poisoning issues and I never let my kids go).
It sounds like you had an active October. I hope you do get a trophy! I've got to get active, I think I am gaining a lot from so much emotional eating from being so stressed. Gotta get it under control.
