Short Term Goals: Water...plenty of it. Sleep...plenty of that also. Get out and do some walking as you have a desk job. 30 Day Goal: Eat Clean each day this month. Be aware of those who Sabotage my healthy eating.

Sharing a quote: The scale is only a guide. If you stayed within your calorie range, you did not deposit any new fat on your body. Tell yourself that the scale can sometimes hold on to extra water, leading you to think that you are not making any progress. Before you go to bed, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself, "I stayed within my calorie range today; therefore I did not gain any fat." Tell yourself that and stay on plan.
Thank you for the goodie! I love it when you put in your garden and post about your plantings! I got my community garden plot about half planted yesterday (I didn't finish because I ran out of plants and seeds) but I will finish it this week. Also, guess what! I am going to be volunteering at a farm starting June 1st and going through November. I can't WAIT!!!
A little side-benefit of the volunteer: I will get a box of fresh veggies every week. I didn't even know about that when I volunteered. I'm so excited!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. Yes rain is needed, but boring when it rains all the way home. Got home an was exhausted from the gloomy weather, got some things done yesterday but a few more things to put away yet. Spent this afternoon and early evening over at our DD's. She made a lovely, yummy supper for us.
