If you are jealous of me running Cellcom, you are going to flip when I tell you my son just got season tickets! He's been on the waiting list for probably around 25 years. I guess the stadium expansion this year opened up a lot more seats than ever before.
As far as advice goes, I do not think eating nothing is good at all!! Your body needs fuel, just the right amount and the right kind. For me, Weight Watchers worked many years ago. But it was a whole different game back then. I am someone that needs a lot of structure and the program was very restrictive 30+ years ago. It really helped me to be told what and how much to eat. Have you tried using Spark generated nutrition/eating plans? You could still modify them as needed (say...you don't like fish, substitute chicken breast). It would probably help immensely also if you joined a SparkTeam with similar weight loss goals, or people of a similar age/size/gender.... Just a few suggestions that seem to have helped many others on this site. I've heard a lot of good things about Team Indygirl. You may want to check that one out. I really think the "community" of caring people is one of the best tools you will find.
Good Morning. This tough. One of the biggest things I can tell you is stay positive even in these tough times. This not an easy journey thats for sure. When I have times when I can't workout I really have to watch portion size so close. So make sure you measure your food out before eating it. Try as much as possible to stay away from pre processed food. That is one of the biggest killers for me. Just so much sodium in it that its not funny. I no longer drink soda pop and that is another biggie. But just stay positive during this rough time. Use people on this site and that is big as well. Thanks for asking me, that makes me feel good that someone would ask me. I'm by no means an expert but do know what works for me. Just remember if you can get a quick walk in go for it. I at least try for 20 minutes of something every morning. I wish you all the best. Have a great weekend and keep me posted. I will help anyway I can. Marty
