    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Winter challenge will be getting started the beginning of December. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meat your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Fall we had a World Series and a Haunted House. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Winter challenge.     Hope your week is starting out well. I awoke this morning feeling rested; that's a big change for me. I'm still carrying some bug from last week's yoga session. I felt fine but when I lay down on my mat the room started spinning, I felt really nauseous (I never throw up so I tried to ignore this unpleasant feeling), became increasingly sweaty and shaky and eventually ran to the bathroom and threw up.
    Yoga was a bust. How are you doing with getting to the gym?
