Hope your week is starting out well. I awoke this morning feeling rested; that's a big change for me. I'm still carrying some bug from last week's yoga session. I felt fine but when I lay down on my mat the room started spinning, I felt really nauseous (I never throw up so I tried to ignore this unpleasant feeling), became increasingly sweaty and shaky and eventually ran to the bathroom and threw up. Yoga was a bust. How are you doing with getting to the gym?
