Here's to Losing the weight
It's been a bumpy road since the New Year. I've had more downs than ups. Every time I try to get back up something happens, like this week I was sick. However, I am still trying to stay on the up. This is a new month and I hope to make the best of it.

My Goals:
I'm trying to loss all the baby weight I've put on over the last 10 years.
My Program:
I'm using sparkpeople to track calories. I have 1 1/2 weeks left on a walking program from Fitness Magazine and then I'm not really sure. I know that strength training needs to be a key element of it though.
