Twinkie the Trickster
To find satisfaction in life, help another.
With the help of my amazing Yorkie, Twinkie, I'm able to add another dimension to my life. Therapy Dog visits with Twinkie are very special. She is so endearing and engaging that nobody can escape smiling whenever she is around! I have seen many sad faces changed to a smile. What a gift God has given me in this tiny, precious life! Thank you, Lord.
Twinkie has a fan club on Facebook - The Amazing Twinkie wants to hear from you!
Twinkie regularly visits at the Medina County Hospice In-Patient Care Facility and the Western Reserve Masonic Community in the skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living units. As well, she makes special appearances for Hospice, etc. She will be the Easter Bunny's assistant this weekend at our church community Easter egg hunt!
She entertains patients, staff and fans with circus tricks performed in a box. She recently won a Tricks Contest! There are little videos of her doing tricks on her Facebook page.
I am going to regain my focus! I am a Dragon! I am strong, proud and successful! I WILL PREVAIL! Stand aside Life, I'm moving through - on the right road.....I'm going to make right, strong decisions and I will reach my goal!

Born in the Year of the Dragon! Keep an eye on me.....you're going to see some amazing results!
"If you don't change something, nothing changes."...a quote from me!
"Do everything you can to help yourself because you are the only one who knows what you need and cares enough to provide it."...another quote from me!
"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded."
~Ralph Waldo Emerson~
I gained 40 pounds when I gained a boyfriend (2007) - Girls can't eat the same as boys - Darn It!!!! I must modify my portions and get off the chair and exercise!
I am a believer and although I haven't been to church for a while, I know who is in charge of everything and love the Lord with all my heart.
One time, I was asked what my spiritual gift was - immediately I replied "I'm an encourager." My goal is to encourage everyone to be/do their best. We CAN do this!!!
I want to gain control of my eating habits, get back into exercise (I body built for 12 years), and get back into my size 8's.
1. Start moving!
2. Keep track of what I eat.
3. Change my mind about what is important and what isn't.
4. Gain a better self-image.
5. Don't allow what others eat dictate what I eat.
6. Don't sweat the small stuff.....
My name is Lizzie, I live in Ohio. I am 61 years old.
I was divorced in 2005 from a 28 year marriage to a very unpleasant man.
This was the best thing I could have done for myself!
I'm so happy now.
I live with my three hilarious Yorkies.
I am a vegetarian. I occasionally eat fish, cheese and yogurt, but no meat.
I enjoy traveling, gardening, the outdoors, nature, and birds ( I feed the birds ).
As well, I am very good at making crafts, was a seamstress as my job, am an expert knitter, not afraid to try anything in the craft line.
I love tools - know how to use lots of them.
I really enjoy going to garage sales and have found some real treasures at them.
I am a naturalist (nudist - not a good thing when you're overweight). On Tuesdays (in nice weather), I go to a nudist camp (NOT sexual - there are children there) to swim and have a cookout with friends.
I love life!!! I want to experience and enjoy as much of it that I can, while I can!
