Getting Healthy and Fit....

If we practice what we have learned about eating healthy and exercise, and if we eat until we are satisfied and not stuffed, we can break the cycle of overeating and become the healthy person God intended for us to be...I have gained my health back through good nutrition and exercise. I am looking forward to using this site to help control overeating and giving into my cravings, and to drop those last 15 pounds!

My Goals:
My biggest goal is to be energetic and feel the best that I can to live life to the fullest.



My Program:
I will exercise 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes and do strength training 2-3 days a week.
I eat clean with no white flour and sugar with whole and unprocessed foods.


Personal Information:
I am 57 years old and a teacher. I have a faithful husband who loves to bicycle with me and walk together. I have a beautiful and talented 18 year old daughter.

Thanks for the exercise challenge. Did it but didn't have a chance to reply till tonight! Therapist has me doing the bridge and some other back and core exercises. She probably figured I had enough to do! LOL. I can tell my core is getting a bit stronger tho. Will add the exercise to my list!
