My Goals:
My biggest goal is to be energetic and feel the best that I can to live life to the fullest.



My Program:
I am on the 5% Challenge Team. My plan is to exercise 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes and do strength training 2-3 days a week. My favorite exercise is interval training, which alternates cardio with strength training. My plan is to do interval training Monday, Wednesday and Friday and walk, jog and bike on the weekends. I am drinking smoothies with no sugar for breakfast; low carb lunches to keep my energy up during the work day; one or two healthy snacks and a well balanced dinner.


Personal Information:
I am 57 years old and a teacher. I have a faithful husband who loves to bicycle with me and walk together. I have a beautiful and talented 19 year old daughter.

Hi Pam - thanks for stopping by. I've never heard of the Elimination Diet. Sounds interesting. I've started cutting out sugar (after eating all the candy) - bad way to eliminate the source... I will do a search on the Elimination Diet. Still snowing here. Can't wait for spring!!! emoticon
