I did get up at 5 on Monday and Wednesday, I didn't get up this AM, because I have a race to run tonight. but We are running at 6 in the AM and I plan to do that one. Thanks for the post, I am JUST seeing it. I appreciate your support. When is your next race? emoticon

hope you are doing better. i know things like a twisted ankle that derail your plans can be really frustrating. it is important to heal so you can enjoy running for the long term. there will always be more races. you can always cross train in the meantime.
