Things Are Changing
I've been a member of SparkPeople since May 2005. During that time I've made lots of life style changes -- all for the better. I weigh less than I did 10 years ago and feel much better physically and mentally.

Continue to improve my lifestyle and lose weight. My next short-term goal is to lose the weight I gained with my first pregnancy 22 years ago.

Watching what I eat and get plenty of cardio exercise mixed with some strength exercises.
