Just saw your comment on making exercise and caring for yourself a top priority now that you are retired. I hear you, I am also retired and before when I worked I felt the only exercise I got was walking from my car to my office.
Now, I am extremely busy with volunteering but the difference is for the most part I chose my hours. I recently got into a program at our local gym so right now Mon thru Fri when I get up in the morning, extra early I put my gym clothes on and go straight to the gym. I am in a hard cardio bootcamp on Tues and Thurs, Mondays I have a trainer plus I do yoga and then swim, Wed I just do yoga and Fri I usually just do yoga. On Saturday or Sunday after church I try to do some kind of cardio.
