Pammylynn's Weight Loss Journey

Hello, I am an almost 46 year old who has suffered with a weight problem for the last fourteen years. Each year, the scale went up just a little bit at a time. I appreciate the support you gave on my page so I thought I would come and return the favor!! I have been told the same thing. That when your feeling the burn to slow down. Its better to slow down than to take it to fast and end up with a injury that causes you to go even slower!! Good luck in your journey as well!!

@Natalie - hoping to stay on the team board so I can stick with this. I'm pretty certain it isn't something I can do ALONE!

@Crissa1669 - God IS pretty amazing, isn't He? Yeah, not sure where that saying came from, and you're probably right, somewhere awful, but I'm praying to put a positive spin on it for myself, in regard to C25K!! I so want to do this. I'm scared to death of the B2B run, but hey - if my kid's and their friends can do this, then me, the old one in the bunch, needs to train twice as hard in order to keep up and not disgrace us all!! LOL

The Lord bless you both!

Hi, thank you for stumbling across my C25K blog...I love how the Lord does that for us...!!! Stumble around and you come across a fellow lover of Christ, happily married, living in Texas, mother of 5 and a homeschooling mom...isn't that funny! And someone who has blown it doing C25k two times before!!! I'm not sure where the saying 3rd times a charm (probably somewhere awful) BUT nevertheless, maybe it is. I would not have thought in my wildest dreams that I could do this but here I am at Week 6 Day 2...which is tomorrow and it is the 20 minutes "fun run"...oh boy...I am using my iphone app and the app got upgraded and is now called "ease into 5K" and it is different then the original app and I have really been able to "ease" into this. I feel really confident that I can tackle this 20 minutes tomorrow! I glad you are encouraged to tackle it too, it's really cool!! Lord Bless you!! Clarissa
