I'm NEVER going back to where I was!

I started out on Spark in August of 2011 at 337 pounds. Over the course of the next year I lost over 100 pounds and have been in maintenance for over a year now. Working to stick to the low 180's or high 170's.

So much has changed since I lost the weight... I NEVER want to go back to that girl I was before. Time to live life like it should be lived!


Highest ever recorded weight - 344 (July 2010)
Starting weight this time around - 337 (Aug 2011)

Current Status:
PANDASUE2 hip is a bit better today, actually able to work out with only minor pain. Don't wanna overdo it, but don't want to not work out. It's a neverending battle with myself!

-Calorie Counting everything

My name is Amanda and I'm from Wisconsin. I live with my fiance and our two fur babies. I love to scrapbook, clean (yes, I know... weird!) cook and take photos, watch horror movies, go out with friends, and live life!

Other Information:
I'm a hardcore zombie movie lover. I've got my own escape plan if it ever happens! Working on rule #1 in Zombieland... cardio! Can't be fat and still run away from a zombie! :-)

Sept 13! We're closing in! :) Can't wait to share photos!

I'm sure I have a lot to do with the wedding, I just don't care! That might be terrible, but we already have the whole ceremony in order, and that is what's important to us as Catholics. The reception is just a party, albeit an awesome one, and we're handing out free food and drinks and entertainment, so the attendees can't complain too much!

I am getting my dress altered by a woman who works out of her home. I had a fitting yesterday, and then another one in two weeks, and then another one after that. If i lose weight, which would be awesome but doubtful, I think (I hope) she'll be able to handle it. But I love how it fits now, so I'm not worried too much either way.

I'm ready to give the hair up! I'm donating after the honeymoon. Can't wait to get rid of it! I know I'll be eating those words after the newness of a fresh cut is gone, but it grows quickly enough it won't really be a problem.

Hey there!

I am sorry that I have been gone for a while, I had some challenges and set backs this past year, and I posted a blog about it ysterday...

But I am back, I re-started this healthy journey last Thursday and I am glad to be back! I need to get healthy and lose this weight.

I am looking forward to cheering on my fellow Sparkers, and hearing from them.
