I'm doing this for ME!
Highest ever recorded weight - 344 (July 2010) Starting weight this time around - 337 (Aug 2011) Starting weight on Spark - 329 (Sept 2011) Current weight - 187 (Nov 2012) 9/1/2011 I'm 25 and sick of being 330 pounds! Its time to take action and finally achieve something. I've never been able to lose before but I will this time. I won't fail! 2/1/2012 Well, after being on this journey for the past 5 months, I have to say... it's been easy and hard. Its easy to keep going when you're seeing results, but its also easy to slip up and fall backwards. Its hard to keep going when you don't see those results or hit a plateau. Its hard to go to the gym every day and count your calories. But, in order to get to be the me that I want to be, these are the things that have kept me going. I'm excited to see what the next five months has to bring me. 4/01/2012- Seven months into my journey and 100 pounds down! I can't wait to see what else I can do now with this weight gone! So many things I never thought possible because of being overweight. No more! I did this for ME :-) 8/04/2012- 199!!!! HOLY COW! I'm more excited about this than I was losing 100 pounds! I haven't seen 199 since 8th grade. That was...... 15 years ago?! wow!!! 11/03/2012- 187! It took a while to get here from 199, almost exactly three months, but it was worth it. It was good to start to learn how to maintain and see what I am capable of. 187 was where I wanted to stop, but I think it's a good place to start maintaining for sure and see where I go from there.

-Calorie Counting everything -Exercise at least 6 days a week, no matter what's going on. -Eat smaller portions -Learn more about healthy foods and options.

I'm a hardcore zombie movie lover. I've got my own escape plan if it ever happens! Working on rule #1 in Zombieland... cardio! Can't be fat and still run away from a zombie! :-)
