I am a 22 year old college student... finishing my last year of a biology degree, then freedom! Well, for a few years, until I head off to med school.
I've been trying to lose weight since I was 8. There were a few years of healthy weight loss - calorie counting and exercise - and more than a few years of unhealthy weight loss - ed's and pills and self-hate - although I never really lost much weight.
Now I want to be healthy. I know that I am not healthy at this weight. But I am not going to sacrifice my health to lose weight either. I want to be strong in body and mind and self.
More than just losing weight, I want to change my life. I want to make all the little changes that will make me who I want to be. Difficult, but not impossible, right?
- To eat more healthily (more fruits/veggies, less refined sugars, etc).
- To exercise and run regularly.
- To get down to 150 pounds, eventually.
I'm a 22 yo college student. My 6th and final year. I'm taking a few years off, then going to medical school!

I love: reading, laughing, running, swimming, working out, sleeping, eating, cooking, being lazy, painting, the internet, scrabble, crocheting, knitting, walking, kissing, cuddling, etc.

I've been telling Nathan about how much you like Nutella and how delicious you make it sound. :) We caved in and bought a container this month and OMG is it ever delicious. The second I tasted it, it reminded me of the little Ferrero Rocher chocolates wrapped up in gold foil. :)

I wandered on over your page and I checked out your workout log and I must ask, how do you manage to get so many walking minutes in? :) I would LOVE to walk that much on the treadmill, but I get so bored, haha. Anyway, I hope everything is going well for you these days. :)
