My Goals:
My goal is to become stronger to do better at work and healthier to be better company for my wife and an example of healthy living to my grandchildren.

My Program:
We are on a healthy life regimen! A better diet and stronger exercise habits are a must! We are following the Spark Solution plan and both of us are excited and challenged.


Personal Information:
I am a happily married man who has gone through some things and put on weight. Laziness and bad eating caught up with me when I was out of work for awhile and now I am getting on track.

Other Information:
I like to read, do pull-ups, run, and relax on my days off.
I work in a warehouse driving a stand up forklift and sometimes a turret truck. I was recently certified for CPR / First Aid and AED

Thanks it comes on a day I am reconsidering my options. After a long absence I went to yoga today. I am unable to do some of the moves because of stiffness, so I am considering adding water exercises
