thoughts to Action

I've thought about losing 50lbs as unfortunatly I am 200lbs. That is my fault. It is a cummulation of baby weight gain from 5 pregnancies and not taking care of myself before, during, and after the pregnancies. My last 2, I've made a good effort in exercising and eating more healthfully. Now, That I am my pregnant weight, I have to change my eating habits a bit and exercise more. It's a bit difficult with 5 kids.. 3 in school, a toddler, and a baby... especially after picking the kids from ...

My last 2, I've made a good effort in exercising and eating more healthfully. Now, That I am my pregnant weight, I have to change my eating habits a bit and exercise more. It's a bit difficult with 5 kids.. 3 in school, a toddler, and a baby... especially after picking the kids from school. I want sugar. After dinner, I want sugar. I am having a hard time finding a pleasing distraction (versus arguing with my kids about doing homework) or a more healthy alternative to calm my sugar cravings.
