Thanks for commenting on my blog! Get excited for your 2015 half and spend all the time between building a steady base! I think 4, 5, 6 miles is a nice concrete foundation to keep to. I am hoping to have at least a 7, 8, 9 mile long run each week with 2-3 4 milers and keep that going until I start training again. First to get a full and 2 more halves under my belt this year! Rest a bit and start again! It's addicting, you will love it!!

Thanks for stopping by my fall colours blog and commenting on it. This area is beautiful at any time of year but fall is spectacular. Unfortunately, the season that follows is not my favourite emoticon so that kind of dampens my enthusiasm just a little bit.

Perhaps you'll get a chance to revisit the fall colours of Northern Ontario, soon.

We plan to take the Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver - headed east - within the next couple years. Perhaps you could advise as to the 'must see' spots in your area when the time comes.

Wishing you all good things. It's great to be Canadian. We have so much to be thankful for. emoticon
